Services

Sharia-compliant products

These products avoid interest, replacing it with sale, lease or partnership structures. The institution remains authorised and supervised under the same European rules as any other bank.

Murabaha (cost-plus sale)
Asset bought by the bank and resold to the client at a disclosed markup, instead of an interest-bearing loan.
Ijara (lease financing)
The bank owns the asset and leases it to the client, with ownership transferring at the end of the term.
Musharakah (partnership)
Bank and client both contribute capital and share profit and loss in agreed proportions.
Sukuk (asset-backed certificates)
Certificates giving the holder a share in a real asset and its returns, rather than a debt claim.
Wadiah (safekeeping deposit)
Funds placed with the bank for safekeeping; any return is a discretionary gift, not a promised interest.
Takaful (mutual protection)
Participants pool contributions to indemnify one another, an arrangement closer to mutual insurance than to a policy sold for profit.
